One of those foods where it's worth paying a little bit more for a good one. Makes all the difference between utterly heavenly on the one hand or pretty bloody average on the other.

Black Pudding on a fry up or with scallops is lovely as long as it's not over cooked and dry.
Hogs pudding is the more popular option here in Cornwall and it too is lovely.
Anyone who turns their nose up has either never tried it cooked properly or is a cowardly wannabe vegan but is scared to admit it.
